DCPro™ RFID module:
- Reads loco ID
- Retrieves loco data from memory card
- Sends data to DCPro™ block controllers
- Data can include:
- Loco speed table
- Inertia curves
- Motor type: 3-pole/5-pole
- Flywheel/no flywheel
- DC/DCC
- Railroad name, number, prototype make/model, owner... etc. etc.
Advanced Loco Control
- RFID module sends loco data to block modules
- Block modules optimally drive that particular loco
- Loco starts, runs and brakes appropriately:
- 3-pole motors need help for smoother starting
- Locos without a flywheel start/slow realistically
- Flywheel-equipped locos stop within blocks
